  1. 앱과 기기 내 정보 블룸 프리셀은 회원가입 없이 즐기는 카드 퍼즐입니다. 게임 진도, 설계도 기록, 책갈피, 작품집, 설정과 구매 권한 확인에 필요한 기록은 기기에 저장합니다. WizOcean이 운영하는 게임 계정 서버나 진도 업로드 기능은 없습니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업에는 로컬 데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다.

  1. Local game data Bloom FreeCell is a card puzzle with no game-account registration. Progress, blueprint records, bookmarks, the collection, settings and records used to verify an ad-removal entitlement are stored on your device. WizOcean does not operate a game-account server or upload your progress. Your operating system may include local app data in device backups.
  2. Advertising and choices The free version uses Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may receive an IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is transmitted. Consent forms are shown where required, and Settings offers advertising privacy choices when the consent platform requires them. The iOS app does not request tracking permission. Android advertising IDs can be reset or deleted in device settings. Once a Remove Ads entitlement is verified, the app stops requesting banners and interstitials.
  3. Purchases and restoration Remove Ads is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple or Google processes payment; WizOcean does not receive your payment-card number. The app uses product and transaction information and signed purchase evidence to verify ownership. Restore using the purchasing account on the same store. Purchases do not transfer between stores. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Request refunds through the store where you purchased. A store-confirmed refund or revocation may remove the entitlement.
  4. Support, retention and deletion If you email support, your address and the content you choose to send are used to handle your request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Support messages are deleted when no longer needed after resolution, unless applicable law requires retention. Delete the app or use your operating system's app-data controls to remove local game data. Store purchase records and Google's SDK data follow those providers' retention and deletion policies. Contact the address above to request access, correction or deletion of support information held by WizOcean. Sending support information is optional and is not required to play.
  5. Processing, security and audience Google, Apple and the email provider may process information on servers outside your country, including outside South Korea. Advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. The app does not request precise-location, contacts, photo or microphone permissions. It is not directed to children under 13. Contact us about privacy concerns or information provided by a child. Policy changes will be reflected in this page and its effective date.

  4. お問い合わせと削除 お問い合わせのメールアドレスと送信内容は対応のために使用します。パスワードやカード番号は送らないでください。対応後に不要になった記録は削除し、法令上の保存義務がある場合は必要な期間のみ保存します。端末内のデータはアプリの削除またはOSのアプリデータ管理で削除できます。ストアの購入記録とGoogleのデータは各社の保存・削除方針に従います。WizOceanが保有する問い合わせ情報の確認・訂正・削除は上記メールにご連絡ください。問い合わせ情報の提供は任意で、ゲームを遊ぶために必要ありません。
